Purpose:
On 9 December 2014 the Health and Wellbeing Board (H&WB) agreed that the CCG and NHS Trusts would report back on 10 February 2015 to give assurance to the H&WBB that each organisation had considering the implications of the Care Act and was working towards full compliance with the Act from 1 April 2015.
Decision:
Received the report and the Board:
(i) Noted the submissions at Appendix 1 of the report, from NHS organisations, which gaveassurance of their Care Act awareness and preparedness.
(ii) Noted the duties and requirements highlighted at Appendix 2 of the report.
