Mark Tyson, Commissioning Director Adults’ Care and Support, presented the report on the developments of the Board’s Sub-Group structure, the details of which were set out in the report and its appendices.

The Board:

(i)  Children’s Partnership

Agreed to the Children’s Partnership being a Sub-Group of the Health and Wellbeing Board, and to the Vision and Terms of Reference for the Children’s Partnership;

(ii)  Mental Health Sub-Group

Noted the revised membership;

(iii)  Integrated Care Steering Group

Noted the review of this Group; and,

(iv)  Health and Wellbeing Board (H&WB) Substructure

Noted that the substructure of the H&WB will be addressed in line with the new Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2018.
