At the meeting on 29 November 2005, the Development Control Board received representation objecting to the development of the site as set out in planning application 05/00568/FUL.  Having considered the objector’s comments, the Board decided to defer a decision pending a site visit by the Development Control Visiting Panel, with a view to making a final decision in the light of the Panel’s recommendations at the next appropriate meeting.

The Panel have visited the site and unanimously agreed that the application be recommended to the Board for approval, in accordance with the Planning Officer’s original recommendation as set out in the attached report (Appendix A).
