Appeal against dismissal Minutes: The Head of the Collection Service presented a report in respect of an appeal against dismissal for gross misconduct from an employee in Community Solutions.
The Appellant who was accompanied by their Trade Union representative presented their appeal.
The Board, having considered the officer report and representations from the Appellant and their Trade Union representative, agreed to dismiss the appeal. |
