Cabinet resolved to:
(i) Agree the procurement of a seven-year contract, with an extension option of up to three years, for the provision of day care nursery services at Markyate Nursery as detailed in the report; and
(ii) To delegate authority to the Corporate Director for Children’s Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Education and Schools, the Chief Finance Officer and the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, to award and enter into the contract and coterminous lease to the successful bidder in accordance with the strategy.
