The Cabinet resolved to recommend the Assembly to approve the Council’s Corporate Plan 2018 - 2022 as set out at Appendix 1 to the report, subject to officers reviewing the Corporate Performance Framework appended to the document to differentiate between the aspects under the direct control of the Council and those provided by other bodies and where the Council has only an influencing role.
