This report provides an update on the arrangements that have been negotiated between the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Council for the creation of a Section 75 partnership agreement to cover both parties’ commissioning budgets for learning disability services.
The report will also give an update on the Section 75 arrangements for the provision of an integrated Community Learning Disability Team, comprising officers from NELFT and the Council.
