The contract for the provision of the Parking IT System is due for renewal in March 2016. A benchmarking exercise has been undertaken to look at the most cost effective solution that meets the Council’s requirements. The Cabinet will be asked to approve a tender exercise for a competitive open tender to be undertaken via the EU Open Procedure route for the procurement of an IT system.
