The Cabinet will be presented with a report on the financial issues, impacts and implications of the Care Act. The report will set out implementation costs of the reforms, new funding streams and how these will be allocated, and costs pressures that have been identified. The report will also share financial modelling data and analysis that the implementation programme has undertaken to forecast the demand for services for 2015/16, 2016/17 and beyond.
