By Minute 19 (23 June 2015), the Cabinet approved arrangements to enter into a two-year contract with the North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) from October 2015 for the provision of the 0-5 year Healthy Child Programme (Health Visiting) Service which incorporated the Family Nurse Partnership Programme.
Following a review of service provision and the identification of alternative arrangements at a reduced cost to the Council, the Corporate Director of Children’s Services will be asked to approve a deed of variation to the contract to facilitate the early termination of the Family Nurse Partnership Programme element of the service with effect from 30 June 2016.
