The Board will be provided with a report from the Children and Maternity Sub-Group that will provide a broad system-wide view of children's therapies and will:
- Set out the work done by the CCG on AHP, the role of other commissioners in developing pathways as well as the role of schools and early intervention.
- Highlight the most pressing issues in this area, emphasising areas where linkages and interdependencies occur, as no one commissioner can address the complexity of the problem.
- Present a clear ask to the Board on the strategic direction and leadership required to further this issue.
