Better Care Fund (BCF) - Update

 

 

Following the submission of the plan on the 11 September to NHS England , the Board will be presented with a report:

 

·  To help support its consideration of the enforced Delayed Transfers of Care target, our performance against this, which is at variance to the target proposed to the Board in September;

 

  • To advise the Board on the outcomes of the assurance process of our BCF plan, by NHS England;  and

 

  • Where known, the scope of the November review process and key issues for consideration.
