The Edge of Care Social Impact Bond (SIB) is a five-year proposal, to replace the existing Pan London Care Impact Partnership, to provide an early intervention programme to support young people on the edge of care.
The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals for the Council to enter into a partnership agreement with the London Borough of Sutton for the new service, including entering into a contract with the Social Impact Bond provider to support young people and their families in LBBD.
