The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with cycle hire operator Urbo to launch a one-year trial of a dockless cycle hire scheme involving around 500 cycles at prominent locations across Barking and Dagenham, as part of the drive to encourage active, healthy travel in the Borough.
