The Cabinet will be presented with an update in respect of the redevelopment of part of the Gascoigne West Estate ( Phase 2 ) and asked to confirm approval of the use of the Council’s compulsory purchase powers to acquire those interests in land and property which fall outside of the Council’s ownership and which are required in order to bring forward the redevelopment of the estate.
