The Council owns a very small area of land adjacent to the former Bull Public House on Rainham Road South. Developers intend to bring forward a development at the site and it is considered that a better public frontage at the prominent location can be achieved with the inclusion of the Council’s land.
The Cabinet will be asked to consider the sale of the Council-owned land based on an independent valuation and other terms.
