Decision Details: The Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides detailed guidance to the community, developers and planning officers on the Council’s approach to Section 106 planning obligations alongside the Community Infrastructure Levy. This SPD will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. The Cabinet will be asked to recommend its adoption by the Assembly.
