Document Studio 3 Arts Loan and Grant Approval

Action by the Chief Executive under the Urgent Action procedures of paragraph 4, Chapter 16, Part 2 of the Constitution and the Special Urgency procedures of paragraph 15, Chapter 17, Part 2 of the Constitution in respect of approving a loan of £200,000 and a grant of £156,000, via the Strategic Community Infrastructure Fund levy, to Studio 3 Arts towards the redevelopment of the former Galleon Community Centre, Boundary Road, Barking, into a world class arts centre.
