The Executive will be asked to recommend the Assembly to consider the approval of the pre-submission Barking Town Centre Area Action Plan for consultation

Received a report from the Corporate Director of Resources concerning the Barking Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) and the Urban Design Supplementary Planning Document which forms part of the Council’s Local Development Framework and is being submitted for further consultation prior to its formal submission to the Secretary of State for approval.

Agreed, in order to assist the Council to achieve all of its Community Priorities to approve the pre-submission report of the Barking Town Centre Area Action Plan and the Urban Design Supplementary Planning Document for public consultation.
