The Cabinet will be asked to approve the procurement strategy for the retendering of the Council’s Framework Agreement for construction related professional services such as architects, cost consultants, engineers etc.

Cabinet resolved:

(i)  To approve the procurement of a new Construction Related Professional Services Framework Agreement for the provision of the services in accordance with the strategy set out in the report; and

(ii)  To authorise the Director of Growth, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, the Chief Finance Officer and the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, to conduct the procurement and award the contract to the successful bidders.
