The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals relating to the procurement of a contract for the provision of temporary staff services to the Council.

Cabinet resolved to:

(i)  Approve the re-procurement of a contract for the provision of agency staff through the ESPO framework Lot 2 – Managed Service Provider, in line with the strategy outlined in the report, on an initial term of three years with an option to extend by up to one year; and

(ii)  Delegate authority to the Strategic Director of Customer, Commercial and Service Delivery, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Central Services, the Strategic Director of Finance and Investment and the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, to award and enter into the contract and any period of extension.
