The Board will be provided with an update on the review of the Board’s sub-structure and details of the proposed changes.
The Board will be asked to approve those changes, including the Terms of Reference and vision of the new Children’s Partnership.

(i) Children’s Partnership
Agreed to the Children’s Partnership being a Sub-Group of the Health and Wellbeing Board, and to the Vision and Terms of Reference for the Children’s Partnership,
(ii) Mental Health Sub-Group
Noted the revised membership.
(iii) Integrated Care Steering Group
Noted the review of this Group.
(iv) Health and Wellbeing Board (H&WB) Substructure
Noted that the substructure of the H&WB will be addressed in line with the new Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2018,
