The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals for the procurement of a contract for the provision of liquid fuel.

Cabinet resolved to:

(i)  Agree that the Council proceeds with the procurement of a contract for the provision of liquid fuel, delivered through an EU compliant framework contract in accordance with the strategy as set out in the report; and

(ii)  Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Adult and Community Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment, the Chief Finance Officer and Head of Legal and Democratic Services, to conduct the procurement and award the contract to the successful bidder(s) in accordance with the strategy set out in the report.
