The Performance Monitoring graphs will be circulated to Members under separate cover and will also be made available on the Internet, in the Members’ Rooms and at public libraries.

Received and noted the end of year monitoring report in respect of the Council’s Best Value Performance Plan targets for 2004/05, which included a series of graphs showing the performance against a range of key indicators and Local Public Service Agreement (LPSA) targets.
