Plan D: 05/00492/FUL - 101-113 Longbridge Road, Barking Minutes: At the meeting on 30 August 2005, the Development Control Board received representations objecting to the development of 101-113 Longbridge Road, as set out in planning application number 05/00492/FUL. Having considered the objectors’ comments and those of the applicant, the Board decided to defer a decision pending a site visit by the Development Control Visiting Panel, with a view to making a final decision in the light of the Panel’s recommendations at the next appropriate meeting.
The Panel have visited the site, highlighted a number of issues and requested further information be submitted. The application will be considered again on the main part of the agenda at the Development Control Board on 4 October 2005, provided the information requested has been received. |
