PDF 452 KB Minutes: Further to the Development Control Board meeting on 26 February 2008 (Minute 181 refers), this Visiting Panel was convened to review particular issues in respect of emergency access provision, security and the overlooking of neighbouring properties relating to the application for permission for the demolition of existing garages and the erection of a two-story building comprising 10 x two-bedroom flats and associated landscaping and cycle store at the Parsloes Garages site, Parsloes Avenue, Dagenham. Having viewed the site and noted the comments of the applicant’s representative and the Council’s Planning officers, the Panel is of the view that the issues referred to above are adequately provided for in the application and advise accordingly.
