1.	Declaration of Members' Interests In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, Members are asked to declare any interest they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
2.	Apologies for absence Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Mick McCarthy and Tony Ramsay (Eastbrook Ward Members).
3.	Farmhouse Venue, Dagenham Road, Dagenham PDF 568 KB Members have requested a site visit in advance of the item being presented to the Development Control Board, to consider the site and its immediate surroundings. PDF 430 KB Minutes: The Visiting Sub-Committee met at the Farmhouse Venue, Dagenham Road, Daageham in order to review and assess the application in respect of its immediate surroundings and impact on the metropolitan green belt. The Development Control Board at its meeting on 12 December 2016 had agreed that the Sub-Committee should visit the premises prior to the submission of the planning application to a future meting of the Board and its findings would be included in that report. The Sub-Committee inspected the premises inside and the area outside of the premises and it was noted that the applicant would be seeking to erect a permanent marquee. The capacity of the building alone at present is approximately 180 for seated events and therefore the installation of a marquee within the curtilage of the site was required in order to provide sufficient seating capacity for larger events which the applicant wishes to accommodate.
