1.	Declaration of Members' Interests In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, Members are asked to declare any interest they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
2.	Minutes (20 April 2016) PDF 62 KB Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held on 20 April 2016 were confirmed as correct.
3.	Minutes (Licensing Sub-Committee 9 May 2016) PDF 65 KB Minutes: The minutes of the Licensing Sub-Committee meeting held on 9 May 2016 were confirmed as correct.
4.	Outline Proposals for Gambling Policy Minutes: The report was withdrawn and would be considered at a future meeting of the Board.
5.	Statement of Licensing Policy: Update Minutes: The report was withdrawn and would be considered at a future meeting of the Board.
6.	Verbal Update on Applications and Appeals Received The Licensing Officer is to inform the Board of any appeals made against its recent decisions. Minutes: The Regulatory Services Manager advised the Board that currently there was one appeal pending which was for the Thatched House Public House, Ripple Road, Barking. The Appeal Hearing was due to take place on 24 August 2016 and the Board would be advised of the outcome in due course.
7.	Draft Work Programme PDF 47 KB Minutes: The Democratic Services Officer advised that the work programme for the Board was currently in development, however updates on the Statement of Licensing Policy and the proposed Gambling Policy would be provided to the Board at the next meeting in October 2016. Updates would continue to be provided to the Board on applicants and appeals received.
