4.	Declaration of Members' Interests In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, Members are asked to declare any interest they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
5.	To consider whether it would be appropriate to pass a resolution to exclude the public and press from the remainder of the meeting due to the nature of the business to be transacted. Minutes: Agreed to exclude the public and press for the remainder of the meeting, as the business was confidential.
6.	Appeal against dismissal View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: The Director of My Place presented a report in respect of an appeal against dismissal from an employee from Public Realm. The Appellant and Trade Union representative were present. The Appellant was present and presented the Appellant’s appeal. The Board, having considered the officer report and representations from the Appellant and the Trade Union representative, agreed to dismiss the appeal.
