Appeal against demotion and a final written warning Minutes: The Head of Commissioning (Children’s Care and Support) presented a report in respect of an appeal against demotion and the issue of a final written warning from an employee of the People and Resilience Directorate.
The Appellant and Trade Union representative were present and presented the Appellant’s appeal including testimony from a witness who was also present.
The Board, having considered the officer report and representations from the Appellant and the Trade Union representative agreed to dismiss the appeal. |
