Appeal against dismissal Minutes: The former Head of Transformation presented a report in respect of an appeal against dismissal from an employee of the Enforcement Services team
The appellant in the presence of their trade union representative presented their appeal. Both parties were afforded the opportunity to ask questions and/or seek clarification as were the Board.
At the conclusion of the hearing the Board retired to consider its decision. Having considered the officer report and representations from the appellant and the Trade Union representative, they:
AGREED to dismiss the appeal.
