Appeal against dismissal Minutes: A report in respect of an appeal against dismissal from an employee of Community Solutions was presented to the Board.
The Appellant and their Trade Union representative presented the appeal against the dismissal.
The Board, having considered the report and representations from the Appellant and their Trade Union representative, agreed to uphold the appeal and lower the sanction of dismissal to a final written warning. |
