Appeal against dismissal Minutes: The Director of Public Health presented a report in respect of an appeal against dismissal from an employee of the Children’s Services Directorate.
The Appellant attended and presented their own appeal. The Appellant confirmed that it was their choice not to have a trade union representative present.
The Board, having considered the officers’ report and representations from the Appellant and agreed to dismiss the appeal. |
