1.	Declaration of Members' Interests In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, Members are asked to declare any interest they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
2.	Appointment of Chair Minutes: Councillor Chand was appointed as Chair for the meeting.
3.	To consider whether it would be appropriate to pass a resolution to exclude the public and press from the remainder of the meeting due to the nature of the business to be transacted. Minutes: The Sub-Committee agreed to exclude the public and press for the remainder of the meeting, as the business was confidential.
4.	Monitoring Officer's Report- Report into an Allegation of a Breach of the Members' Code of Conduct View the reasons why item 4. is restricted Minutes: The Senior Governance Solicitor presented a report on behalf of the Deputy Monitoring Officer in respect of a Complaint (No. MC04 2015) - into an allegation of a breach of the Members’ Code of Conduct. The Board, having considered the Officer report and representations from the complainant and the respondent with their representative, agreed to uphold the complaint.
