The Jo Richardson Community School seeks to
set all students high and minimum standards for them to reach, have
high levels of expectations of all students relating to attainment
and personal conduct, be inclusive, providing a secure and
supportive environment where students from a variety of backgrounds
and with a range of abilities feel valued.
It also aims to work in partnership with its
local community, including industry and commerce, develop in its
students the desire to be involved in lifelong learning, encourage
the consideration of social, moral and spiritual issues that arise
from living in a culturally diverse society, provide a broad and
balanced curriculum that meets the needs of the local community,
provide a wide range of extra curricular activities for its
students.
