The Health and Wellbeing Board agreed:
· to approve the procurement of Structured Day provision, on the terms detailed in the report; and
· to delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Adult and Community Services, in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer, LBBD to award the contract to the successful contractor upon conclusion of the procurement process.
