The Board noted:
(i)
The publication of the full OFSTED report.
(ii) To
address gaps in provision, agencies would need to respond
proactively to the action planning process.
(iii) A full report will be presented at the 28 October 2014 Board to enable the Board to ensure that the proposed Action Plan, to address the areas of weakness identified by the inspection, is fit for purpose.
