The Cabinet resolved to:
(i) Agree that the Council enters into a three-year contract for Mobile Telephony and Ancillary Services with EE, through the Crown Commercial Services Framework via Direct Call Off, in accordance with the strategy set out in the report; and
(ii) Delegate authority to the Chief Operating Officer, in consultation with the Director of Law and Governance, to award and enter into the contract(s) and all other necessary or ancillary agreements with EE.
