The Cabinet resolved to:
(i) Note the current forecast outturn position for 2018/19 of the Council’s General Fund revenue budget as detailed in section 2 and Appendix A to the report;
(ii) Approve the proposed budget virement as set out in section 4 and Appendix B to the report; and
(iii) Approve the proposed revisions to the 2018/19 Capital Programme as detailed in section 5 of the report.
