This report will present the North East London Mental Health Trust (NELMHT) proposals to close Mascalls Park Hospital in Brentwood and reprovide inpatient services in a modern, purpose built unit at Chapters House, Barley Lane, Ilford, and also redesigning and expanding local community care services
