Decision Details: The Executive will be presented with a report outlining proposals for entering into a Joint Partnership arrangement with the Havering Council for the billing, administration, collection and recovery of Business Rates from commercial properties in both Boroughs as a way of maximising the use of shared resources, knowledge and experience to create a more robust and resilient service and generate economies of scale The Executive will be asked to recommend the Assembly to agree to this challenging new initiative in partnership with Havering Council to enable the new joint venture to be operational by 1 April 2008
