Decision Details: Transport for London (TfL) will be commencing construction of the East London Transit Scheme in 2008. To do so they will require highways and other powers over the roads involved. As all of the highways involved are controlled by the Council the Executive will be asked to support this scheme and recommend to the Assembly a temporary transfer of powers in order for it to be built
