The Local Development Scheme sets out what documents we are producing as part of our Local Development Framework, and establishes key milestones against which progress on its production will be assessed
The revised Local Development Scheme allows additional time for the production of the Core Strategy, Borough Wide Development Policies, Barking Town Centre Area Action Plan and Site Specific Allocations. It also announces a new document to be produced – a Supplementary Planning Document on Developer Contributions
