The Executive will be asked to approve a self-funding pilot scheme to change from cellular offices to open space in the Civic Centre Annex to give a 50% increase in the amount of desk space from 200 - 300. This will provide extra space to enable the Council to give impetus to reducing the number of operational buildings, releasing capital and making substantial year on year revenue savings
The pilot will provide a template to optimise use of other Council buildings and provide a better working environment
