Shared Procurement of Oracle R12 Upgrade

The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals for the Council to upgrade its Oracle ERP system supporting finance, procurement and human resources services as the current system will not be supported from 2013.  The proposal is to upgrade onto a common pan-London Local Government Oracle solution, the first phase to also include Lambeth, Lewisham, Croydon and Havering Councils, and to approve the required investment
