A new Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service strategic policy has been developed as part of the preparations for the re-provision of the service by the Council from 1 April 2013.
The Cabinet will be asked to approve the strategic policy and also the Residents’ Handbook for Repairs and Maintenance, which will set out how the Council intends to deliver the service to residents
