The Cabinet will be asked to agree the terms of a lease to Academy of Dreams plc (AOD) to enable them to develop the Manor Road Sports Ground site as a sports facility in accordance with the planning permission granted in December 2010, which will then be sub let to the current lessee, Dagenham United Football Club (DUFC), for the full term under a partnership agreement between DUFC and AOD to provide sports opportunities for the local community
