CQC Inspection Report on A&E and Emergency Care Plan

The Board will review the findings of the Care Quality Commission’s inspection which took place in January 2013. The Board intends to review plans that have been put in place by both the hospital and the wider health economy to ensure that the CQC findings are being addressed with due urgency.  In line with the Board’s remit to promote integration, there will be a particular focus on the actions taken across the whole health system.
