Decision Details: As part of the Council’s 2nd Local Implementation Plan, which outlines the strategies and proposals for the delivery of improvements to the transport network in the borough, the Cabinet will be asked to recommend the Assembly to approve a new three-year Delivery and Monitoring Plan for 2014/15 - 2016/17 and a Borough Cycling Programme 2013/14 - 2016/17 ahead of their submission to Transport for London.
