The Integration Transformation Fund is a £3.8 billion pool of NHS and local authority monies intended to support an increase in the scale and pace of integration and promote joint planning for the sustainability of local health & care economies. Access to the Integration Transformation Fund in 2015/16 will be dependent on agreement of a local 2-year plan for 2014/15 and 2015/16. The plans will need to be agreed by Health & Wellbeing Boards in March 2014.
